Job Description

Are you fluent in French and/or Dutch and have you got a recruitment experience(agency or internal)? Would you like to build a career in internal recruitment within a global financial services leader? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Role: French or Dutch Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner

Type: Ongoing Temporary (minimum 6 months contract)

Location: Hybrid in Brighton – 3 days office and 2 days home

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Pay rate: £17 to £18 per hour

Their dynamic and inclusive team is dedicated to excellence, and they are now seeking a talented French and/or Dutch Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to join their amazing recruitment team.

About the Role:

As a French or Dutch Speaking Associate TA Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and communicating to hiring managers. You will play a critical role in ensuring they attract and retain top talent. This is a hybrid role and you will have to attend their Brighton's office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the full recruitment life-cycle

– Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques

– Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability

– Liaise and communicate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs

– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

– Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports

Who are you:

– Fluency in French and/or Dutch (essential) + Any additional language skills are welcome

– Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (any sector, agency or internal)

– A confident, bubbly, and great communicator

– A strong desire to learn and succeed

– A hard-working team player with the right attitude

– A commitment to making a career in recruitment

– Taleo experience(desirable)
