Multilingual Customer Services – FRENCH up to £25K + benefits – Swansea area (hybrid)
We have an excellent opportunity to join this exciting multinational at the forefront of technology looking for a Customer Services Advisors. You are required to speak fluent French and English, both to C1 level.
You will join their busy international team supporting EMEA customers via phone and email alongside some UK and international travel to specific events.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
• First point of contact for all EMEA customer enquiries
• Liaising with teams regionally and globally in relation to customer service issues,
providing advice, guidance, and support to both sales team and clients across the EMEA
region.
• Responding to customer requests in a timely manner via email or telephone.
• Logging, updating, and creating tasks through the ticketing system as and when required.
• Process payments over the telephone with customers.
• Checking invoices on behalf of billing and providing customer updates as required.
• Liaise with customers regarding all queries pertaining to events, registration, and payments.
• Provide basic technical support and account administration across the
EMEA region.
• Allocating leads to the sales team for verification.
• Occasional travel to London Events to assist the Event Managers
Successful candidate
- Fluency in French and English is essential
- Experience dealing with customers

- Available to work 3 days in office 2 from home
- Available to reach their office in Llansamlet via car or public transport
