Are you a proactive, bilingual Executive Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We\’re working with a specialist events agency to find an EA who will support the Chief Operating Officer and play a key role in strengthening internal operations.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a varied role where you’ll go beyond classic diary and travel management, gaining exposure to finance, HR, and project coordination. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, take ownership of key processes, and grow with a supportive and international remote-first team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Native-level French with strong English
- 2–3 years of EA or business support experience; experience in events would be a plus
- Experience supporting financial tasks including reconciliation, P&L tracking, and reporting.
- Strong organisational skills and a self-starter mindset
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do:
- Support the COO with calendar, inbox, travel and project coordination
- Assist with invoices, expenses, contracts and supplier management
- Help with onboarding, internal processes and team logistics
- Get involved in operational and strategic projects as you grow
