What We’re Looking For:

  • Native-level French with strong English
  • 2–3 years of EA or business support experience; experience in events would be a plus
  • Experience supporting financial tasks including reconciliation, P&L tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills and a self-starter mindset
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the COO with calendar, inbox, travel and project coordination
  • Assist with invoices, expenses, contracts and supplier management
  • Help with onboarding, internal processes and team logistics
  • Get involved in operational and strategic projects as you grow
