Location: Hybrid in London or Brighton – 3 days office and 2 days home
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

About the Role:
As a Dutch Speaking TA Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and communicating to hiring managers. You will play a critical role in ensuring they attract and retain top talent. This is a hybrid role and you will have to attend their London or Brighton\’s office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the full recruitment life-cycle
– Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques
– Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
– Liaise and communicate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
– Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
Who are you:
– Fluency in Dutch (essential) + Any additional language skills are welcome
– Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (any sector, agency or internal)
– A confident, bubbly, and great communicator
– A strong desire to learn and succeed
