Business Development Manager – German Speaking
Innovate and drive growth in the DACH market for a leading EdTech provider. This role is based in London with a hybrid working model (2 days in office).
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the German‑speaking market.
- Present, demonstrate value and close six‑figure deals with senior decision makers in German.
- Build and maintain long‑term partnerships by actively listening and adapting communication strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer engagement and project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a tech sales professional or Account Executive in the DACH market.
- Strong track record of closing enterprise‑level or mid‑market deals.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (writing and speaking). Additional languages are a plus.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to understand and adapt to prospects’ needs.
- Experience selling to HR, Learning & Development, or in education is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary up to £90k (100% OTE), health and pension schemes, learning & development budget, work‑from‑anywhere allowance, and other benefits. Office perks include free food, drinks, a dog‑friendly workspace, and social events.
