Our client is looking for a German-speaking Coach & Trainer to support performance, quality, and development across a busy customer-facing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing others, improving processes, and driving high standards of customer experience.
The Role:
- Review customer interactions and identify areas for improvement
- Deliver coaching, feedback, and guidance to support team performance
- Support training and development initiatives across the wider team
- Identify trends and contribute to process improvements
- Work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to enhance service delivery
About You:
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in coaching, training, quality, or customer service environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
