All clients are professional team sports clubs with a focus on football as the most heavily commercialized team sport. However, the model is equally applicable to rugby, cricket, basketball, ice hockey and more.
Your Responsibilities:
- Introducing new partners to a specialist SaaS solution from contract signing to go-live
- Support and professional onboarding for new clients (on-site at professional football clubs)
- Conducting 1:1 training sessions – both on-site and remote
- Daily support, consultation and assistance to clubs with technical or content-related questions
- Collecting client feedback and helping to make product improvements in collaboration with sales and tech teams
- Enhancing customer retention and satisfaction
- Identifying and pre-empting challenges and risks, as well as upsell opportunities
