About the Role
EG Group are looking for a Head of Carwash & Valeting – Europe to lead the strategic growth, operational performance, and commercial delivery of carwash and valeting services across the European network. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational standards, and maximizing the performance and return on investment of carwash assets across multiple markets. Working closely with operational, commercial, finance, and marketing teams, you will play a key role in shaping the long‑term strategy for the function while ensuring high standards of maintenance, customer experience, and service delivery. This role is suited to a commercially driven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment and is confident managing large‑scale operations across geographically dispersed regions.

What you’ll be doing
- Developing and delivering the European growth strategy for carwash and valeting services, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and market penetration.
- Managing CAPEX investment planning, including evaluating new installations, upgrades, and technology improvements to maximise return on investment.
- Overseeing operational performance across the network, ensuring high standards of equipment reliability, safety, and service quality.
- Implementing maintenance strategies and operational best practices to improve uptime, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Developing pricing strategies, promotions, and bundled offers to drive customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
- Monitoring commercial and operational KPIs, using data and insights to optimise performance and support decision-making.
- Leading and developing regional teams while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.

What we’re looking for
- Proven leadership experience within a multi‑site operational environment, ideally across retail, automotive, carwash, or similar sectors.
- Strong experience managing CAPEX budgets, investment planning, and ROI‑focused decision-making.
- Demonstrable track record of driving commercial growth and operational performance improvements.
- Experience developing maintenance strategies and managing operational assets effectively.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, including financial modelling and performance analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior level.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple locations or regions.
- Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
