EG Group are looking for a Credit Control Team Leader to join the Transaction Shared Services team at Head Office. In this role, you will lead a team of Credit Controllers, ensuring effective debt collection processes are in place to maximise cash flow and minimise financial risk. You will play a key role in driving team performance, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the wider Accounts Receivable function. This role combines hands-on operational delivery with people leadership and would suit someone who is confident managing a team while driving continuous improvement across credit control processes.
