You will provide first and second-line support for wetstock alarms, investigate complex issues, and play a key role in developing the capability of the wider team.

You will work closely with site operations, retail, and other internal stakeholders, acting as a point of escalation for wetstock queries and helping to improve how alarm issues are managed across the business.
