EG Group is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team, supporting our Starbucks Management Teams across a large multi-site operation. In this role, you will provide high-quality, people-focused HR support, offering clear guidance on employee relations, HR policies, employment legislation, and people processes. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will act as a trusted HR partner to managers and operational leaders, providing practical advice on complex people matters while ensuring HR practices remain consistent, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and advise on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, performance, capability, and absence management.
- Provide expert guidance to managers on HR policies, processes, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Manage and advise on maternity, paternity, and wider family-related policies.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records, produce HR reports, and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Build strong relationships with Store Managers, District Managers, and Operations Leaders, acting as a trusted HR advisor.
- Support managers through coaching and guidance to build their confidence and capability in managing people matters.
- Provide support with employment tribunal matters and ensure appropriate risks are identified and escalated.
- Adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Advisor role within a fast-paced, multi-site or retail environment.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, HR legislation, and HR best practice.
- Demonstrable experience managing high-volume employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance, and family leave.
- Experience supporting or preparing for employment tribunals.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and support managers at all levels.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risk and provide practical solutions.
- Strong Microsoft Office and HRIS skills, with a proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach.
