What You’ll Be Doing
As a Starbucks Barista, your typical day could include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience
- Preparing beverages and food to Starbucks standards
- Recommending products and supporting store sales through confident up-selling
- Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
- Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures
- Monitoring product quality and temperature records
- Supporting your team during busy periods and helping cover key trading times
