About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join our Transaction Shared Service centre at EG Group. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end Order to Cash process, support the finance department\’s continuous improvement and growth, and manage a team of AR Specialists, ensuring all processes are completed on time.

We seek a forward-thinking, tenacious, and ambitious individual with leadership skills to develop and drive the team towards high accuracy and efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and develop a team of AR Specialists
  • Oversee workload distribution to meet SLAs and KPIs
  • Monitor end-to-end processes, investigate and resolve issues
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Reconcile sales, cash, card, and other GLs monthly
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Escalate and resolve issues promptly
  • Handle general administration and ad-hoc duties
  • Support customers and liaise to resolve escalated queries
  • Collaborate with other departments and provide updates to finance team

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts role, preferably at Team Leader level
  • Ability to manage and develop a team
  • Highly organized and efficient
