Senior Quantity Surveyor – Glasgow – Substations

AA Euro are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor in the Power & Renewables sector. The role will focus on the commercial management of large-scale projects including substations, grid connections, and battery storage developments.Responsibilities Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects.Prepare and review contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.Monitor project costs and provide accurate financial reporting.Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and variations.Support project teams with commercial guidance and risk management.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at senior level.Civil or electrical bias with strong background in substations, grid connections, or battery storage projects.Solid knowledge of contract management (NEC experience desirable).Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Eligible to work in Scotland (no sponsorship provided).
