Overview

We are currently recruiting experienced Plater / Fabricators for a long-term Waste-to-Energy project based in Edmonton, North London. Due to the nature of the contract and industrial relations policy on the project, all operatives will be employed and payroll managed directly on a PAYE basis. This role will involve working on heavy industrial plate fabrication and structural works within a large-scale energy facility, supporting the delivery of key mechanical and structural works on site.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Plater / Fabricator within heavy industrial environments
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication details
  • Experience working with heavy plate fabrication and structural steel
  • Experience working within power generation, energy, petrochemical or similar industrial sectors desirable
  • Experience fabricating industrial components and structures advantageous

  • Up-to-date CV
  • Relevant Trade Certificate
  • Valid CCNSG, ACE or SSSTS Passport or proof of UK Right to Work

Pay & Benefits

  • Basic Rate: £24.75 per hour
  • Overtime A (OTA): £34.05 per hour
  • Overtime B (OTB): £43.34 per hour

Additional Payments

  • Accommodation Allowance: £50.81 per day
  • London Supplement: £30.40 per day
  • IBA Bonus (Paid Monthly): £2.37 per hour

Additional overtime may be available depending on project requirements.

Working Pattern

Day shift operating on an 11-day fortnight rota. Additional hours and weekend work may become available subject to programme requirements.
