AA Euro Group are currently seeking a Project Coordinator on behalf of a leading international main contractor specialising in the delivery of data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, and critical infrastructure. This role will support the successful delivery of a major data centre project in High Wycombe. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient coordination of project activities, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the project team
  • Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and technical submissions
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions to ensure timely follow-up
  • Support the management of project schedules, ensuring key milestones are monitored and updated
  • Assist with procurement processes, including tracking orders and supplier coordination
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Support health & safety documentation and compliance tracking
  • Monitor project correspondence and ensure accurate record‑keeping
  • Assist in preparing reports for senior management and client updates

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator / Document Controller / Site Administrator role within construction
  • Experience working on data centre or large‑scale construction projects is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with document management systems (e.g. Aconex, Procore, Viewpoint)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced site environment

Desirable

  • Experience working with a main contractor
  • Understanding of construction project lifecycle and terminology
  • Exposure to MEP or mission‑critical environments
  • Relevant qualification in construction, business administration, or similar
