Skilled labourer or multi skilled trades person or handyman required for immediate start for work in Belfast and surrounding areas. Must have access to own tools and cordless / clean driving licence / valid CSR card. Should be able to work independently and alongside others. Work includes:
- Ground works
- Paving
- Kerbs
- Patch brickwork repairs (not necessary)
- Patch plaster repairs (not necessary)
- General maintenance works
- Roof and gutter cleans and repairs
- Helping out with other trades in a small maintenance company (commercial and domestic)
Responsibilities:
- Drive van to job, assess job and carry out the works safely
- General labouring
- Cement works
- Ground works paving, kerbs, setting manhole covers
- Roof and gutter clean, working at height
Skills and Qualifications:
- CSR Card
- Clean Driving Licence
- MEWP or Harness ticket (would be nice but not essential)
- Ability to work at height
- Multi skilled person to carry out small repairs across all trades
