We are seeking a Polisher / Precision Polisher / Finishing Technician to join our refurbishment team. In this role you will perform high‑accuracy polishing and finishing of mobile phone glass surfaces. You will prepare devices, operate polishing machinery, and apply protective coatings to restore cosmetic quality. The process involves preparing devices for polishing, operating precision machinery to remove scratches and imperfections, and applying protective coatings post‑treatment. Since this is a new process, we welcome candidates with transferable skills from polishing, finishing, or restoration industries. Full process training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare components (phones) for polishing (cleaning, masking, set‑up).
- Operate precision polishing equipment to remove scratches and defects from glass.
- Monitor and inspect surfaces during and after polishing to maintain quality standards.
- Apply protective coatings to polished phone screens.
- Perform final checks to ensure devices meet cosmetic and quality benchmarks.
