Location: Wednesfield, Wolverhampton (WV11)
Hours: 2 days/week, 5 hours/day (10 hrs total). Days agreed in advance. Start time: Can start early (building opens 7am). Most staff arrive 9am.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean all toilets (5 small toilet areas) and refill as needed
- Clean kitchen / staff areas
- Floors throughout (vacuum/sweep/mop as needed, including workshop walkways)
- Empty bins and replace liners (where required)
- Manage workshop area: control dust in mobile phone repair area as part of routine
- Clean desks + open-plan offices while staff present; move and return items neatly; limited to except accounts and HR offices unless escorted
- Monthly deep-clean rotation (e.g., dust shelves, hard-to-reach dusting of monitors, PCs, keyboards; address neglected areas per agreed rotation)
- Quarterly deep-clean tasks – internal windows/vents/fridge/microwave scheduled separately
