Objectives

1. To complete all service work and defined maintenance work of the utmost quality and efficiency within manufacturers time schedules.
2. Supply a professional performance in all aspects of work activities to make an essential contribution to the value and retention of customers.
3. Supporting colleagues in the workshop with any technical issues and innovations.
4. Ability to carry out comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of malfunctions.
5. To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.
6. Document the results of diagnosis/repairs/service/safety inspections.
7. Promote the image of product and the after-sales organization.

Key Requirements

1. Must be level 3 qualified with a minimum of a year work experience following apprenticeship.
2. Class 1 or 2 licence is desirable as is IRTECH Qualification.
