Objectives
- To attend and complete the Mercedes-Benz Apprenticeship Scheme, in conjunction with Remit Training.
- To complete comprehensive practical training within the dealership.
- Achieve Level 3 Heavy Goods vehicle maintenance and repair qualification.
- To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- To complete and update a work experience portfolio with the cooperation of the training assessor from Remit Training.
- To attend MB Apprenticeship scheme and to ensure a high standard of behaviour, attendance and performance is maintained in line with both MB and Euro Commercials' expectations.
- To assist qualified technicians in the maintenance and repair of vehicles.
- To carry out general duties within the workshop environment to include assisting with the cleanliness of the workshop and company courtesy vehicles.
- To comply with all company policies and procedures.
- To assist with the fitment of vehicle accessories.
- To experience and understand the value of quality workmanship.
- To promote the company and brand image with respect to reliability.
- To obtain general technical knowledge.
- To understand and be proactive in customer care.
