Objective

To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of Cardiff Parts Department, to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and targets.

To manage, control, and motivate the team towards achieving growth in the Parts Department.

Reporting

The Assistant Parts Manager will report directly to the Group Parts Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all incoming calls are answered efficiently and professionally in line with the company’s 3-ring policy by the Parts Team.
• Respond to all email communications, both external and internal, professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a positive working environment for all Parts Team members and foster a one-team culture.
• Ensure all Parts Team members maintain high productivity and performance levels in line with targets.
• Actively promote all parts sales activities through the Trade Parts Team, web sales, marketing campaigns, and manufacturer offers.
• Measure and communicate daily results effectively to all team members.
• Handle all customer requirements professionally and efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all manufacturer targets and processes are met.
• Complete all team member reviews and liaise with the Group Parts Manager regarding training and development needs.
• Adhere to all company and manufacturer training requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies.
