In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-branch contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers, being polite, patient and helpful from the moment they enter the branch.
- Work on SOP system and handle customers' transactions.
- Deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and deliver a customer-first culture.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and stock management procedures.
- Keep the branch clean, tidy, well presented and re-stocked.
- Assist the Branch Manager with obtaining and maintaining customer relationships.
Skills And Experience
- A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service.
- Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position.
- Interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.
- Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve.
- Knowledge of SOP systems.
- Result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets.
