In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-branch contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers, being polite, patient and helpful from the moment they enter the branch
  • Work on SOP system and handle customers transactions
  • Work to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures inline with business goals and objectives
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and deliver a customer first culture
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and stock management procedures
  • Keep the branch clean, tidy, well presented and re-stocked
  • Assist the Branch Manager with obtaining and maintaining customer relationships

Skills And Experience

  • A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service
  • Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position
  • Have an interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
  • Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve
  • Knowledge of SOP systems
  • To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets
