In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-branch contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers, being polite, patient and helpful from the moment they enter the branch
- Work on SOP system and handle customers transactions
- Work to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures inline with business goals and objectives
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and deliver a customer first culture
- Assist in receiving deliveries and stock management procedures
- Keep the branch clean, tidy, well presented and re-stocked
- Assist the Branch Manager with obtaining and maintaining customer relationships
Skills And Experience
- A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service
- Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position
- Have an interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
- Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve
- Knowledge of SOP systems
- To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets
