Part-Time Warehouse Operative – Euro Car Parts Ltd.
As a Warehouse Operative, you play a vital role in the daily success of the branch. Whether supporting in the warehouse, on the retail counter, or making deliveries, your work is varied and essential. Your contribution helps maintain high performance and ensures we consistently deliver on our Customer Promise.
Job Type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a safety-first culture with the customer at the heart of everything.
- Work to deliver balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals.
- Ensure the branch is operationally efficient with correct controls and measures to support a customer-first experience.
- Be a member of the Fleet team with a customer-first attitude.
- Ensure colleagues are focused to deliver a safety-first culture at all times.
- Improve returns, credits and warranty processes to enhance customer experience and create frictionless processes at the retail counter.
- Support the retail counter to ensure branch retail standards are best in class and establish customer experience excellence.
- Deliver a customer-first service by managing pick-to-manifest times and achieving all service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support the branch with deliveries when required, ensuring growth through best-in-class customer service and SLAs.
- Ensure a best-in-class service is delivered at all times to cement customer excellence.
