Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for retail operations, resources, and customer service within the branch.
- Line management responsibility for the Weekend Retail Assistant team, coaching and developing a multi‑skilled team.
- Holding regular colleague reviews to strengthen engagement and support development.
- Delivering a structured daily briefing to ensure balanced performance across key metrics.
- Ensuring all retail counter areas comply with health and safety legislation.
- Maintaining branch compliance with standards to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensuring all retail colleagues complete relevant e‑learning modules for a safety‑first culture.
- Leading a customer‑first team with a focused mindset that places customer service at the core.
- Adhering to returns, credits, and warranty processes to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintaining shelf availability through accurate stock movement processes.
- Achieving service level agreements (SLAs) through efficient pick‑to‑manifest times.
- Collaborating with operations and sales teams to maximise customer opportunity.
- Minimising customer effort by ensuring robust Click‑Collect processes.
- Setting the branch up for growth with best‑in‑class retail operations and exceptional SLAs.
- Ensuring retail operations comply with financial audit requirements.
