Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for retail operations, resources, and customer service within the branch, including line management for the Weekend Retail Assistant and coaching a multi-skilled team within the branch.
- Hold regular colleague reviews to strengthen engagement and support development, educating, reviewing, and briefing on safety-first culture.
- Deliver a structured daily briefing to ensure colleagues work to deliver balanced performance across key metrics and KPIs in line with business goals.
- Ensure all areas of the retail counter conform to health and safety legislation.
- Ensure the branch is compliant with branch standards to maintain balanced performance and achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain operational efficiency to deliver a safety-first culture, ensuring E-learning modules are completed by retail colleagues.
- Lead a retail team with a customer-first attitude, promoting a customer-focused mindset in the branch.
- Adhere to returns, credits, and warranty processes to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain shelf availability through accurate stock movements.
- Deliver a customer-first service through efficient pick-to-manifest times and meeting SLAs.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to maximise customer opportunities.
- Minimise customer effort by ensuring robust Click & Collect processes are in place and followed.
- Set up the branch for growth through best-in-class retail stores, stock management, and SLAs.
- Ensure retail operations are compliant with financial audits.
