We’re looking for a friendly, confident Customer Service Advisor to join our customer support team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service across phone, live chat, and chatbot-supported channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and live chat.
  • Supporting customers through chatbot interactions and stepping in when human support is needed.
  • Resolving queries efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately logging customer interactions and updating records.
  • Following company processes and meeting service level targets.
