We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Analyst to support multiple Go-To-Market (GTM) channels, with a particular focus on Key Accounts. This role will play a critical part in providing data-driven insight that informs commercial decisions, improves performance, and strengthens relationships with strategic partners. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across sales, finance, and commercial teams to analyse performance trends, interpret contractual terms, and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with the confidence to challenge, influence, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support across multiple Go-To-Market channels, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance.
- Support the Key Accounts team by reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts, ensuring performance aligns with agreed terms and identifying potential commercial implications.
- Analyse sales, revenue, and margin trends to deliver clear insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain Excel-based reporting and dashboards that track key commercial metrics and performance indicators.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across sales, finance, and commercial functions to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process inefficiencies and implementing scalable analytical solutions.
- Communicate insights clearly to senior colleagues, providing concise and commercially relevant analysis.
- Support forecasting, planning, and scenario modelling to help guide strategic decisions across channels.
Skills And Experience
- Proven experience in an analytical or commercial analyst role, ideally supporting sales or go-to-market teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret contracts and understand the financial implications of commercial agreements.
- Demonstrated experience leading or driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes, reporting, or business performance.
- Experience business partnering with senior stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear and impactful way.
- Advanced Excel skills, including building robust reports, models, and automated analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Experience working with Key Accounts or strategic partnerships.
- Finance qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA.
- Experience analysing contractual performance, rebates, pricing structures, or commercial agreements.
- Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or SQL.
