Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold callsto identify new sales opportunities.
- Follow up on warm leadsgenerated from marketing campaigns.
- Research prospective clientsto understand their business needs.
- Build a consistent sales pipelineto meet monthly targets
- Deliver persuasive sales pitchestailored to each customer.
- Overcome customer objectionsusing advanced negotiation techniques.
- Close sales dealseffectively over the telephone.
- Manage customer accountsto encourage repeat business
Skills and Experience
- A passion for and experience in delivering f antastic customer service
- Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer serviceposition
- Have an interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
- Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve
- Knowledge of SOP systems
- To be result driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets
