Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and maintaining personnel files, including chasing missing information.
- Maintaining standard reports on salary, starters, and leavers etc.
- Producing contracts of employment.
- Preparing changes to terms and conditions of employment.
- Processing leavers including calculating outstanding monies.
- Assisting with the day-to-day administration processes for probations, promotions, transfers etc.
