Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment or machinery at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime.
- Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Provide clear and professional support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Complete service reports, documentation, and updates in line with company procedures.
- Train end users on basic equipment operation and maintenance.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. technical support, parts, and scheduling) to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on-site.
- Travel to various customer locations as required, sometimes at short notice.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a Field Service, Maintenance, or Engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with installing, maintaining, or repairing technical equipment or machinery.
- Familiarity with health and safety procedures and working on customer sites.
