Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment or machinery at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime.
  • Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
  • Provide clear and professional support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Complete service reports, documentation, and updates in line with company procedures.
  • Train end users on basic equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. technical support, parts, and scheduling) to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on-site.
  • Travel to various customer locations as required, sometimes at short notice.
