Key Responsibilities
- Contributing to the branch warehouse operations and customer service.
- Ensuring all areas of the warehouse always conform to Health and Safety legislation.
- Working to deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals and objectives.
- Ensuring the branch is fully compliant in line with the branch standards to maintain a balanced performance.
- Providing a safe working environment within the warehouse for all team members and visitors.
- Participating in a structured daily briefing to ensure you understand the key objectives and measures.
- Achieving operational excellence by adhering to the branch standards.
- Ensuring the branch is operationally efficient and correct controls and measures are in place to support stock management.

- Adhering to the returns, credits and warranty processes therefore enhancing customer experience and creating frictionless processes.
- Delivering on shelf availability through completion of daily PI, Book In Book Out and annual stock take.
