An exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Operations Manager with a salary of up to £39,000 plus bonus and career progression opportunities for a permanent role based in Welwyn Garden City, Potters Bar and surrounding areas.
We are offering a fantastic opportunity at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company. Euro Car Parks is a market leading UK business, established over 50 years ago, operating over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.
The Area Operations Manager role is key within the company as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical area covering a number of sites within the North of London area, working as part of a successful team with other Area Managers.
Duties will include:
- Leading and inspiring front line operational teams
- Multi-site management via remote management means
- Visiting sites and frontline team members
- Effective management of the team
- Interacting with customers/clients at all levels
- Creation and management of budgets within financial parameters
- Leading training, development and people succession planning
- Regional Duty manager weekend cover (1 in 8 weekends)
The ideal applicant will have a full UK driving license (essential) and ideally live within the Welwyn Garden City and Potters Bar location and be able to manage sites across the area.
