An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Asset Manager with a minimum of 5 years of Real Estate experience, in any capacity, with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative car parking company.
The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Appraise asset management and investment opportunities
- Engage with occupiers directly as required
- Progress asset management initiatives directly and delegate to wider advisory team as appropriate
- Engage and liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service
- Provide dynamic and creative ideas that can lead the team forward
- Sourcing, identifying and qualifying leads
- Developing new leads from start to finish
- Fostering relationships with clients over a period of time
- Understand instructions and deliver on targets set
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded consistently
- Work with asset management team to grow income and create value across a multi-sector and UK wide portfolio
Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills on the phone and in person
- Ability to be self-motivated and engaged with the team
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
