An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager with a salary of £55,000 to £80,000 plus commission and career progression opportunities for a permanent role based in our Marylebone, London office.

Euro Car Parks is a market leading UK business, established over 50 years ago, operating over 4000 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.
The role involves being part of a tech-led property company, working alongside a passionate, open team, with great ambitions for growth individually and collectively. You will be tasked with finding and delivering sales opportunities across the UK.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years of Real Estate experience in any capacity
Main Responsibilities:
- Finding new opportunities for the new business
- Providing dynamic and creative ideas for the team
- Fostering strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Understanding instructions and delivering on targets set
- Ensuring sales targets are achieved and exceeded consistently
Skills:
- Ambition and drive to grow within the team
- High levels of enthusiasm and motivation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills on the phone and in person
- Ability to be self-motivated and engaged with the team
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
- Well groomed and well presented at all times
