Euro Car Parks is a market‑leading, renowned UK business established over 50 years ago, operating over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland, providing specialist services to a wide range of blue‑chip clients.
The role
Average 42 hours per week. The role will include weekends on a 4‑days on / 4‑days off rota basis. Usual hours of work will be 19:00‑07:00. The successful candidate will need to be flexible, as the rota can change to suit business needs. The role is subject to references and full training will be provided.
Duties Will Include
- Undertaking regular patrols of the car park.
- Issuing enforcement notices to vehicles contravening onsite regulations.
- Assisting customers with queries and complaints.
- General onsite administration.
- Operation support duties and administration.
- Reporting maintenance and Health and Safety issues.
Skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good customer service skills.
- Good numerical skills.
- Technical experience and ability to use smart phones and/or PDAs.
- Ability to deal with conflict while remaining calm and polite at all times.
- Ability to work under own initiative and self‑motivate.
