The role We have an exciting full time opportunity for an Area Supervisor to join our operational team working within Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

This is a great time for an Area Supervisor to join the team, as there are several extremely interesting projects in the pipeline and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

We are currently looking for a dynamic, customer focused individual to join our team Main Responsibilities Duties will include: Leading, inspiring and developing front line operational teams Training, development and people planning Interacting with customers and clients at all levels Strong observation and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety regulations Regular site visits ensuring all sites are compliant to Company and BPA standards Supporting the effective management of your geographical area Weekend Duty Management responsibility A full valid driving licence is essential and ideally live in Plymouthor the surrounding area.
