An exciting Administrator and Call Centre Controller role paying £13.21 per hour and offering career progression opportunities for a permanent role based in our Marylebone, London office.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Controller with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company. Euro Car Parks is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 50 years ago. The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.

The Administrator and Call Centre Controller (nights) role is based in our Marylebone office and operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, working from 6pm to 6am, with an average of 45 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the business by ensuring customer and client communication is managed to the highest level
  • Answering incoming calls and responding quickly and efficiently to emails
  • General administration tasks
  • Collate data and information and keep accurate records
  • Updating internal software and systems
  • Ensure site standards are maintained in accordance with the current onsite cleaning programme.
