An exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter with strong LinkedIn expertise for a permanent role based in our Marylebone, London office. We are a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn search techniques and other online channels and platforms for roles across the business, including senior hires.
  • Optimising LinkedIn opportunities to engage with candidates.
  • Collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages and job boards and social networks.
  • Screen talent effectively with the Company’s needs, to ensure only the best candidates are progressed to interview.
  • Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone interviews.
  • Setting up interviews for the hiring managers.
  • Working closely with the hiring managers, HR Manager and Directors on the status of open positions.
  • Contributing to job descriptions and job ads, which are reflective of the company’s tone and culture.
  • Answer candidates' queries regarding the application process via email and phone.
Skills
  • Previous recruitment experience with a track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and LinkedIn content engagement.
  • Demonstrable success in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn and other search platforms.
  • Excellent administrative skills and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role.
  • Able to successfully network and build a talent pipeline.
  • Clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written, particularly good in composing emails to a professional business standard.
  • IT literate in Word and Excel.
  • Has precise attention to detail, processing high volumes of work accurately and to deadline.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
