We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity at our London office. In this role, you will lead a high-performing, busy team, ensuring excellence in service delivery while driving team success and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and highly motivated Manager who is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in management, excellent team leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the department, driving performance and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Oversee operational teams and processes to ensure compliance with company standards and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Foster talent development through coaching, training, and quality control processes.
  • Implement and drive continuous process improvements to support growth and operational efficiency.
  • Manage KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Act as a hands-on leader, working directly with the team to resolve any queries or issues.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and other software packages, along with strong reporting capabilities.
  • Previous management experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven success in driving team performance and delivering against KPIs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for process improvement.
