An exciting Administrator role with a salary of £26,440 and career progression opportunities for a permanent role based in our Marylebone, London office.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company. Euro Car Parks is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 50 years ago. The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.

The role involves working both within a team and independently. The ideal candidate will have good organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads. An excellent telephone manner and both written and verbal communication skills are key. Full training will be given to enable you to quickly and efficiently complete daily responsibilities, whilst maintaining a very high standard of professionalism at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the business by ensuring customer and client communication is managed to the highest level
  • Answering incoming calls and responding quickly and efficiently to emails
  • General administration tasks
  • Updating internal software and systems
  • Collating data and information and keeping accurate records

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proactive in identifying and improving systems and procedures. You should be IT literate, numerate and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
