We currently have an opportunity for a Parking Attendant at our sites in Atherstone.
Responsibilities
- Undertake regular patrols of the car parks.
- Drive a company‑branded vehicle provided by the company.
- Issue enforcement notices for vehicles contravening onsite regulations.
- Provide customer service assistance with queries and complaints.
- Perform general onsite cleaning.
- Maintain frontline machines.
Working Hours
20 hours per week, worked over 3 days (Monday to Saturday). The rota is flexible to suit business needs.
Pay
£12.71 per hour.
Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- References subject to verification.
- Full training will be provided.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good customer‑service skills.
- Good numerical skills.
- Technical experience and ability to use smartphones and/or PDAs.
- Ability to deal with conflict while remaining calm and polite.
- Ability to work under own initiative and self‑motivate.
