*Reporting To:* General Manager
*Location:* Roall Ln, Kellington, DN14 0NY.
*Hours: *Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm. Work 1 weekend out of 6.
Euro Auctions conducts unreserved auctions of industrial plant, construction equipment and agricultural machinery on a global basis with sites in the UK, Europe, UAE, Australia, and US. We are the market leader in Europe, holding more sales and selling more lots per sale than any other auction house.
*Key Activities: *
* Supervising workshop staff and liaising with HR.
* Ensure all workshop equipment have a valid testing certificate and scheduled the timely completion of any renewals to ensure no downtime.
* Manage the replenishment of consumables for the workshop.
* Source and purchase parts for all types of machinery.
* Create purchase, allocate costs to machines and process invoices.
* Negotiate costs and actively seek new suppliers.
* Onboarding new starters.

*The Requirements*
*Essential Criteria:*
* A minimum of 4 year’s supervisory experience.
* Valid Driving Licence
* Experience in spare parts environment.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
* Legal right to work in the UK with a valid Passport.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Experience/interest in heavy plant machinery and/or automotive industry and good knowledge of the different categories.
