Location: Dromore, Co. Tyrone

Euro Auctions is a world leading auctioneer of industrial, plant, construction & agricultural equipment. With sites in UK, Germany, Spain, Australia, UAE, US and Canada. Euro Auctions conducts 50+ auctions selling thousands of Lots every year.

The Job

Participating in the entire global recruitment process, updating policies, managing absences as well as other HR metrics and business partnering. This is a highly analytical role with problem solving at the forefront.

The Person

This is a generalist HR Role which will provide a unique opportunity to gain experience in a HR Departments whose objectives span the entire global operation. The ideal candidate must be able to apply their skills and experience to an extremely busy, fast paced environment.

While these opportunities are initially aimed at third year placement students, they are also open to fresh graduates eager to gain valuable international business experience.

The Requirements

  • Be studying towards a third level discipline preferably in HR (other disciplines will be considered)
  • The ability to work full time for 12-15 months.
  • Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
  • Show proficiency in entire MS Office suite especially Excel.
  • Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and achieve high accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels in the organisation.
