Location: Dromore, Co. Tyrone
Hours: Monday to Thursday 12pm-9pm and Fridays 12pm - 7:45pm
Euro Auctions conducts unreserved auctions of industrial plant, construction equipment and agricultural machinery on a global basis with sites in the UK, Europe, UAE, Australia, US and Canada. We are the market leader in Europe, holding more sales and selling more lots per sale than any other auction house.
Key Activities
- Auction Administrators are involved in every step of the auction process.
- The role is varied and involves dealing with Buyers and Sellers as well as stock and contracts.
- Although based at Head Quarters, this role is part of the Auction Flying Squad offering Administrators the opportunity to travel extensively to other sites.
- Working within a wider global team and reporting to the team manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing Auction Contracts in keeping with auction deadlines.
- Oversee all administration associated with the running of an auction.
- Ensure stock inventory is accurately processed and received within auction deadlines.
- Obtain and record all vehicle registration documents.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both Buyers and Sellers spanning every continent, resolving all queries in a timely manner.
- Assist with global Auction Credit Control across multiple currencies.
- Organise auction facilities including staff travel arrangements.
The Person
We’re on the lookout for someone who has experience working in a fast-paced office environment and be capable of taking control of all administration involved in running an auction. This is not a typical office job; no two days will be the same.

The Requirements
- Minimum 1 year administration experience in a busy office environment.
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C grade or equivalent including English and Maths.
- Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
- Legal right to work in the UK with a valid Passport.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Highly organised and conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.
- Self-motivated with good attention to detail.
