Reporting to: HR Manager

Location: Dromore, Co. Tyrone

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am -5pm, Fridays 8am-3:45pm.

Euro Auctions conducts unreserved auctions of industrial plant, construction equipment and agricultural machinery on a global basis with sites in the UK, Europe, UAE, Australia, US and Canada. We are the market leader in Europe, holding more sales and selling more lots per sale than any other auction house.

Key Activities

  • Update and maintain the time and attendance system.
  • Supporting payroll administration by preparing payroll data, processing adjustments, and responding to payroll related queries.
  • Communicating with line managers across multiple sites.
  • Overseeing the employee expenses and invoices.
  • Monitoring shared inboxes.
  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Employee onboarding.

The Person

We are seeking a proactive HR Administrator with office experience who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a professional approach.

Early Finish on Fridays

Christmas Shutdown.

The Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C grade or equivalent including English and Maths.
  • Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
  • Level 3 CIPD Qualification.
