This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated customer centric individual with a passion for languages. This position will include engaging and developing a relationship with customers and acting as an intermediary to resolve any issues they may have. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver exceptional service by handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With a focus on quality and proactive support, you’ll help maintain our high service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience, and get to use your language skills every day!

This role is ideal for someone studying languages, with a passion for delivering a high level of customer service to our diverse customer base. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast‑paced office environment and be capable of taking control of all administration involved in running an auction. This is not a typical office job; no two days will be the same. While these opportunities are initially aimed at third year placement students, they are also open to fresh graduates eager to gain valuable international business experience.

The Requirements

  • Studying towards a third level discipline preferably in Languages (other disciplines will be considered)
  • The ability to work full time for 12-15 months.
  • Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
  • Maintain a valid passport.
  • Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Highly organized and conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Must be eligible to live, work and remain in the UK, within 1 hour’s commute of the office you are applying to.
